Image Removed Image Removed Image Removed | This event will be led by Graham Hunt, Mike Belfield & Grant Rickey. They will work with NEV members who are interested in applying for the role of Sustainable Design Appraiser (previously called NEV Registered Assessors) as set out in NEV's Community Management Statement. The workshop will provide an understanding of the role and it responsibilities. It will also examine in detail NEV's Design Assessment Scoresheet including mandatory and optional components of the scoresheet and the application of bonus points within the design assessment process Our Design Approval Pathway will also be presented in detail including its requirements to serve the vision, mission and aim of the ecovillage, focusing on the community building aspects of site appraisal, design development and construction, central to which is the ability to work collaboratively with neighbours and neighbourhoods. The workshop will conclude with attendees completing worked examples of the scoresheet. Topics include:
